The Fox Annual No1

Don’t miss out out on a Christmas bumper book of Foxes fun, including interviews with legendary goalscorer David Kelly and local stopper Richard Stearman, plus FiftySomething, topical features, tearjerking nostalgia and tons more.

The Fox Fanzine followed the contrasting fortunes of Leicester City for 35 years from 1987 to 2022.

This timespan saw the lows of five relegation seasons, including a debut dip into the third tier and a period in administration – but, more importantly, we were also there for the highs of five promotions, a Premier League title, a journey to the Champions League quarter-finals and the lifting of the FA Cup trophy that had long eluded the club. Through the good times and the bad, we always tried to see the funny side.

Although the fanzine had to end, there was no way we could cope with a clean break, so here is the first FOX ANNUAL. It includes some familiar features: 100 Objects, Get With the Programme, Fanatical Frank, Rewind, Foxed in the Head, player interviews, FiftySomething, John Hutchinson’s dip into the club archives; some old ones return, like Unforgettables; plus there’s loads of new material and graphical content that we didn’t have room for in the fanzine.

So strap yourselves in for another ride on the rattling Leicester City rollercoaster – UP THE CITY!
